19th Annual Friends of Claude Moore Park 5K Trail Run

Our 5K Trail Run is now certified! This race is for all ages and levels, with two start times. Enjoy the park’s woodlands, fields, and ponds, and its colonial historic area. Whether you’re aiming to set a personal record, training for bigger races, or just looking for a scenic trail run, our certified 5K trail offers the perfect setting. Race parking is at 21668 Heritage Farm Ln, Sterling, VA.

Holiday in the Park
The Annual Holiday in the Park is Saturday November 7 3:30-6:00.
Enjoy the magical holiday lights at dark and tour the historic 1760s Lanesville House in its colonial and Victorian Christmas decor.
Friends of Claude Moore Park (and anyone wishing to become a member) are welcome to decorate the house on Thursday December 5. If interested, email FriendsOfClaudeMoorePark@gmail.com

The Friends of Claude Moore Park are pleased to announce that this year’s Camp Scholarship program sent fifteen campers to Claude Moore Park summer camp programs. Thanks to all donors to Merry Breed’s fund who made this possible.
